Terrible experience and service by manager Igor. Unprofessional, abrupt and treats his workers with lack of respect. Was advised during the stay that we had to move rooms due to another booking and our room being small and without our permission the cleaner packed our entire room, threw our clothes in the luggage and our personal belongings and moved is to another room. Some of our personal belongings were forgotten in the room and the new guests had already checked in. Very unprofessional, incasuon of our privacy and a inconvenience to us which ruined our short stay in Montenegro.

Cleaner was friendly.

Terrible experience and service by manager Igor.
